Carol Jean Moorehouse passed on a sunny day on Thursday, May 4th, 2017 at the age of 58 years old. If you knew Carol Jean, the first sound you’d hear is her unique, contagious laugh. She was a musician, writer, and lover of life. She was generous, selfless, and just a hilarious person to be around. You never knew what she was going to do or even when she was going to pop up. She left behind her boyfriend Jerry, her sons Jason and Donnie, her daughters Sarah and Emme, grandchildren Sadie, Annamarie, Rayann, Kaylee, Lilah and Ruby, siblings Kay, DeeDee, Joanie, Glenna, Donnie, and Mary, her mother Peggy, and multiple nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Richard, father Donald, brother Tony, niece Kelli, and the fathers of her children Randy, Bill, and Chris. Visitation will take place at McGilley and George Funeral Home located at 12913 Grandview Road Grandview, MO 64030 at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 9th, 2017.
