William (Bill) 66, went to his Lord November 2, 2021 at his home in Kansas City, MO. Bill was born in Miami, FL on November 24, 1954, to William and Margaret Ondrick. As a young lad Bill worked with his parents and siblings, picking and selling produce door to door, at mini produce stands along the road, and eventually at their own produce stand and store. Bill was very artistic and very smart, especially with Math.
As a teenager in high school he played football and his dream was to play for Alabama, but in his Junior year an injury kept him from that dream. As an adult Bill worked in construction and roofing and then as head of maintenance for an apartment complex. Bill lived in several states before choosing Missouri as his home. Bill enjoyed being outside whether it was walking, yard work, sitting or picking up trash. He was always trying to keep everything neat and clean for everyone to enjoy. He always tried to please people with that big heart of his, and he would stand up for you and for what was right if needed. You could always find Bill on weekends watching a football game. His favorite teams were Alabama, the Saints, and the KC Chiefs.
Bill is survived by his daughter Jennifer Brisco and husband Elijah of Michigan and Stepdad Richard Hefler of Florida. Brothers: Emanuel Ondrick, Mark Ondrick and wife Sharon of Florida, and Stephen Ondrick and wife Gina of Texas. Sisters: Vivien Ondrick, and Margie Lara of Florida, Becky Ondrick of Missouri, and Anna Falls and husband Keith of Oregon. Also two grandsons: Elijah Brisco Jr. and Dylan Brisco of Michigan, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents William Ondrick and Margret Hefler and other family members.
Bill was a kind, loving, caring, huggable and respectable person with a big heart. He will be missed and always in our heart.
We love you!
