Arnold "Arnie" Albert Wood

Arnold Wood, age 67, went to be with his Lord surrounded by his family, Thursday, March 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jodi Wood; mother-in-law, Geraldine Streeter; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Streeter; grandparents Myron and Leona Alberta; mother, Delores Neely and other special family members.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 45 years, Marcia Wood; children Chad (Sarah) Wood, Brad (Samantha) Wood; son-in-law, Ryan Reister; grandchildren Tyler Wood, Ethan Wood, Daynah Wood, Carter Wood, Tanner Wood, Travis Reister, Waylon Reister; father-in-law Joseph (Pat) Streeter; sister-in-law, Jan Zinn and family; special cousins Esther and Bill Haywood, Lynne Buckley and Nancy Kramer, Jan and Jerry Peterson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Arnie faithfully served his country in the United States Army. He also worked 37 years at Ferguson Supply Company in Grand Rapids, MI. He loved bowling, collectables, NASCAR and spending time with his grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Cook Funeral Home - Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 12pm with visitation one-hour prior at Cook Funeral Home - Byron Center Chapel. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.
