She is survived by her husband Stan Abbott; her daughter Dawn Ellis and granddaughter Pearl Ellis and son and daughter-in-law Darren and Amy Abbott. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Diane (Bob) Aamoth, and nephews, Bill, Matt and Ben Aamoth; her brother Tony Kaleta and nieces Lori Kaleta and Shanda Novakoski and many other extended family and friends.
Betty was a great hostess, cook and entertainer who enjoyed caring for her family and friends. She enjoyed reading, traveling, going to casinos and meeting people. A celebration of life service will be held at a later time to be announced.
