BENEDICT - Carol Ann Benedict, age 54 of Jenison, went to be with her Lord Sunday, August 29, 1999. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Anna Sadera. Surviving are her children, Robin Shawn Benedict-Bolen, Scott Micky Benedict, Dawn Kevin Hoezee; granddaughters, Brittany Benedict, Allison and Abigail Bolen; brothers, Ernie Anna Sadera and Gary Nedra Sadera. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building, 4235 Prairie St. SW, with Dr. Wayne Schmidt officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society or Home of Hope Hospice.
