Carole Y. Sage

SAGE, Carole Sage Oppenhuizen age 74, of Jenison went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 16, 2009, following a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean R. Sage; she is survived by her sons Keith Karen Huyser, John Audrey Huyser and Todd Carrie Huyser; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; her brothers Harris Arlene Oppenhuizen, Ray Mary Oppenhuizen, and Ron Sherrie Oppenhuizen; brother-in-law Robert Barb Sage; and many extended family.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Fair Haven Ministries, 2900 Baldwin, and Hudsonville with Pastor Gary VanKoevering. The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Jenison, 1889 Baldwin and one hour prior to service Monday at Fair Haven Ministries.
