Daniel Lynn Fowler

FOWLER - Daniel Lynn, age 65, of Kentwood (formerly of St. Louis, Michigan), fell asleep in death on December 4th, 2010. Those who will miss him are his wife, Paula; children, Lisa (Rick) Blink, John Fowler; grandchildren, Brandi and Amber Blink; brothers, Gael Fowler, Darryl (Pam) Fowler, sister-in-law, Margaret Fowler and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, James Andrew Fowler, his brother, Ronald Fowler and his parents, Donald and Ruth Fowler. Dan was a loving husband and father who truly cherished his family.

Dan was an electrical engineer who enjoyed designing and creating new things. As an Elder in the congregation he truly cared about all the brothers and sisters. He was kind and patient and would always have a listening ear to those who wanted to talk and always shared encouraging thoughts to all that he talked to. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, he loved his God Jehovah with all his heart. He loved telling others about the wonderful blessings in store by means of God's Kingdom. Family and friends look forward to seeing him very soon when our tears of sadness will be turned to tears of joy and be able to live forever in a paradise earth.

A Memorial Service in his honor will be held on Saturday, December 18th, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Central Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1320 36th Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508 with Philip Nelson Officiating.
