David Lee Koster

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Margaret Koster, and his brother, Dan Koster. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 34 years, Karen; children, Philip Betsy Koster, Darren Emily Koster, and Daniel Koster; brother and sisters, Robert Bonnie Koster, Rose McIntyre, and Betty Jerry Schepers; sisters-in-law, Ardith Fred Stephenson, Regina Martin Ymker, and Elaine Marc Palmbos; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, 10:30 a.m. at his church, Georgetown Bible, 4114 Baldwin, Jenison, with Pastor Garry Koon officiating. Private interment will be at Georgetown Township Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may meet Dave’s family Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville. Those unable to attend the visitation or funeral service may sign the family’s Memory Book at www.cookfuneralservices.com.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Dave may be made to United Indian Missions, 4114 Baldwin, Jenison, MI 49426.

Dave lived his faith and shared his faith. Philippians 1:21 “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.”
