

WEYKAMP David G. Weykamp, 52, beloved father, husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend went to be with his Lord in heaven, Sunday, December 28, 2014. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Roy (Bernice) Seyffert, Toon (Ann) Weykamp; God-parents Dick (Mickie) McLamara; in-laws Ted (Lee) Slane, uncle Leo Weykamp, and cousin George Weykamp.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Jill; their two sons, Anthony and Nicholas; his parents Gerard and Anita Weykamp; siblings Kathy (David) Erdmans, Rob (Helen) Weykamp, Ann (Ed) Olmeda, Greg (Kathy) Weykamp; in-laws Brian (Betsi) Slane, Julie (Jim) Strobridge; God-children Thomas and Virginia Weykamp; 12 additional nieces and nephews; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends and neighbors.
Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8pm, Tuesday, December 30 (with a time of sharing memories and prayer at 8pm) at Cook Funeral Home (West Building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI. An additional visitation will be held Wednesday morning at 9:30am, at St. Pius X Catholic Church prior to the Funeral mass at 11am. (St. Pius X Catholic Church - 3937 Wilson Ave, Grandville, MI). Father Chris Rouech will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the boys' college fund.
