Donald "Jack" McElwee

He will be lovingly remembered by his children Les (Lorraine) McElwee, Julie (Jeff) Oudbier, Wendy (Scott) DeJong, Lori Mullett, Kelly Peasley; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; siblings Wanda (Robert) Packard, Jim (Joann) McElwee, Patricia McElwee; sister-in-laws Patricia "Steeby" McElwee, Patricia "Fein" McElwee.

Jack loved his country and was a member of the Charlie Company, 2nd Battle Group, 4th Infantry Regiment. He was an avid fisherman and was a loving family member.

Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, Monday, September 17, 2012 at Cook Funeral Home 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville (West Bldg) . Funeral Mass will be held at 11am Tuesday, September 18th at St. Pius X Catholic Church 3937 Wilson Ave SW with Father Chris Rouech officiating. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
