Donald E. Morris

MORRIS – Donald E. Morris age 96 went to be with his Lord, Tuesday, May 23, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Morris; parents Homer and Mary Beatrice Morris; his siblings Frank Morris and Eileen Schrader.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children Ken (Jan) Morris, Gerry (Barb) Morris, Ron (Gloria) Morris; grandchildren Lisa, Terra, Joe (Patty), Leyla, Kris (Melissa), Chelsea; great-grandchildren Zona, Hilde, Ford, Kayla and Matson, brother-in-law, Allen Brown and niece, Jeanette.

He was a veteran of World War II (Motor Machinist’s Second Class). He attended Grace Bible Church of Grandville and Grace Bible Church of St. Clair. Donald was a resident of Marine City, MI and wintered in Allen Springs of Jenison.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville with visitation one hour prior.

In honor of Donald, contributions may be made to Grace Bible Church-Grandville and Grace Bible Church-St. Clair, MI.
