Donald G. Peterson

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Rose Peterson; children Michelle (Ron) Dalessandro, Steven (Sandra) Peterson, Scott (Jodi) Peterson; seven grandchildren Alexa, Nick, Halle, Mitchell, Michael, MacKenzee, and Montana; brother, John Peterson; and many nieces and nephews.

Don had a great love for his family, professional career at Converse, all sports - especially golf at Sunnybrook CC - and lively conversational exchanges with his friends. Attending his grandchildren’s events was a great source of pride and enjoyment in his life.

Visitation with the family will be held from 4-7pm, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Cook Funeral Home (West Building), 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11am Monday, December 10, 2018 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 2700 Baldwin Dr., Jenison, MI 49428 with visitation one-hour prior starting at 10am. Father Don Weber will be officiating.

In honor of Don, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Parent Project MD.
