Dwayne Brower

BROWER - Dwayne “Wink” Brower, age 76, went to be with his Lord, Sunday, August 12, 2007. The son of Harry and Jeanetta Brower, Wink was born in Grand Rapids in 1931. He was a member of First Reformed Church of Byron Center and the Byron Center High School Sports Boosters.

He will be deeply missed by his children, Jim and Pam Brower of Wyoming, Luanne and Dave Deater of Byron Center and Gary and Sherrie Brower of Holland; grandchildren Jason Brower and Dawn Brower, Angela and Erin Deater and Rylee, Jarek, Jaden and Jordan Brower; brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Betty Brower: sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Donna Wustman, Tyce and Alva Bruursema, Neva and Harvey Warsen and Marty and Corinne Wustman; and many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m. at First Reformed Church of Byron Center, 8425 Byron Center Ave with Rev. Bruce Kuiper and Rev. Rick Husselman officiating. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may meet Wink’s family Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th St, Byron Center. Those unable to attend the visitation or funeral service may sign the family’s Memory Book www.cookfuneralservices.com.
