Gene is lovingly remembered by his children Beth Dave Hernandez, Dan Lawrence, Jeff Amy Lawrence; his grandchildren Nicole, Shawn, Clint, Griffin, Corey, Lindsey, Holly; and his 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW west building.

Funeral service will be held 11a.m. Tuesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building. Interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery. If you are unable to attend the funeral or visitation you may sign the family’s Memory Book online at www.cookfuneralservices.com.

In honor of Gene, contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
