Harry Beatty Ford

He was born in Pittsburgh, PA and was the son of the late Harry M. and Erma Ford.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years Barbara Boehmer; his sons, Gregory Jennifer Ford of Hudsonville, Jeffrey Rebecca Ford of Kentwood; daughters, Stephanie Jason Hoezee of Jenison, Amy Loris of Pittsburgh, PA, and Kathleen Keith Ciccoti of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren, Collin Ford; Tyler, Nikolas and Jessica Hoezee; Nolan and Evan Ford; David and Andrew Loris, Kasandra Holland; Carter, Theodore and Leo Ciccoti; his sisters, Ronna Donald McCoy and Doreen Richard Moschel both of Pittsburgh, PA; sister-in-law Marilyn Denis Altman of Augusta, GA; and his mother-in-law Virginia Boehmer of Augusta, GA, many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Harry was Vice President and General Manager of Burger Iron Company MI, Inc. in Walker.

He was a 1960 graduate of Baldwin Whitehall High School in Pittsburgh; he received an Associates Degree in Art from Carnegie-Mellon University Pittsburgh, and an Associates Degree from Dean Technological Institute.

Harry served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam; he was a member of the American Legion and the Society of Die Cast Engineers; and a faithful member of the Byron Center United Methodist Church.

The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Cook Memorial Chapel 4235 Prairie St SW - east building with Pastors Cynthia Green and William Doubblestein officiating.

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday 1 to 5 p.m., and Monday 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the Cook Memorial Chapel east building.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan or the Byron Center United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
