She is survived by her children Nancy (Bob) Garner, Jerry Anderson and Larry (Laura) Anderson; 7 grandchildren, Kerry, Steven, Jade, Victoria, Brett (Tricia), Ryan, and Lindsay.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hazel's church, Bethel Lutheran Church, 3655 Wilson, S.W., with Rev. Robert C. Weidmayer officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday from 3 - 5 pm and 6 - 8 pm at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville, 4235 Prairie St., SW., and one hour prior to services at church.
