We will miss my Grandma Storie! When I think of her I think of..... hugs, smiles, rummy, coke, camping, nature, cherries, laughter, oreo cake, tuna noodle casserole, hill billy beans, chocolate cake, newspapers, Canada, Ranger Lake, ad fun!

This must be one special lady to have raised, Mimi, Tammy Parker and Cindy Storie. I have enjoyed hillbilly Beans on more than 1 occasion and don't know if some events would be quite the same without them. 
 I have heard and felt the affection that this lady's granddaughters share for her. What a legacy. 
 We will be praying for comfort for your family as you remember those blessed times together and say your farewells for now.

Wonderful memories of a wonderful woman...my Grandma!
 At Grandma & Grandpa's...hanging out as a kid most weekends, climbing the willow trees in the back yard,
 Seamstress...Mom & Grandma would sew our dresses and clothes and Grandma loved to quilt and did beautiful embroidery & cross stitch. 
 Good southern cooking...Fried Chicken & Hillbilly Beans...yum!
 Making Pies...picking & pitting cherries and peeling & cutting apples while Grandma, Mom & Aunts made the pie crust - Of course her specialty Peach pie, and Rhubarb pie is the best!
 Working Woman... at Arbaugh's & Ingham Medical
 Vacations... at Lake Margrethe picking blueberries, mushrooming, boating, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing. Cottage on Ranger Lake in Ontario Canada, down on the Gulf Coast in Naples & Marc Island Florida 
 Holidays & Birthday Celebrations! Easter...dinner & celebrate with an egg hunt, Thanksgiving...dinner - shopping and lunch at Casa Nova with the guys at deer camp, Christmas...always great family gathering!
 Fun Playing Games and Cards...especially Rummy :-)
 Yes...Wonderful memories...I love you Grandma!

 I know it's been years since we have seen each other and hearing of your passing make me wish I would have changed that. From the very 1st time I met Pauline at the very young age of 14 yrs. old...while dating her shy & quiet Son Larry... & after marrying him... I loved her & she loved me. Pauline was always a kind, sweet & steadfast "Gift unto my Spirit & Soul". She was the best "2nd MOM" & Friend to me ... & a fantastic, unique Grandmother to my Daughters... that a girl like me, could ever have Prayed for! 
 Pauline & I & my Daughters, shared so many good times together - in & out of the Kitchen & the Sewing Nook... & Fun in the great Outdoors up North - from the time when her "Grand"Daughters, Cindy & Tammy were born & unto her dying day. 
 She was a "one-of-a-kind" Lady ~ and will be missed dearly, by those of us here on Earth. Thankfully, she knew & had Faith, that she would be happily "Blessed, Welcomed & Reunited " on "The Mountain" of Heaven - with her dear husband Delbert Storie & her precious Daughter Anita & many dear Friends & Family whom she had so dearly missed. 
 May GOD Bless your Holy Journey "MOM" ~ I'm positive, that you'll enjoy your newly acquired Title ~ as one of GOD's "Heavenly Angels"
 As for me... I will "Love & Treasure & Remember" you forever & ever.

Many years have passed since we all met in Springfield, Missouri at Grandad & Grandma Lou's house for our summer family get-togethers. It was always so neat to see Aunt Pauline, Uncle Delbert and the kids from far away Michigan. We kids had so much fun seeing each other and sharing good times with our family. Seeing cousins from Michigan and California really made an impression as we talked about our different experiences growing up. Carla and I celebrate Aunt Pauline's long and productive life. We wish you peace.
