Henry J. Kampuis

KAMPHUIS - Henry J. Kamphuis, 89, of Walker, passed on to his Heavenly home Sunday, 2-13-11. Henry's strong Christian faith and love for his Lord guided his life. Henry is survived by his wife of 67 years, Angeline, his children Phyllis King, Roger Kamphuis, Beverly (Jim) Langerak, Don (Mary) Kamphuis, John (Sally) Kamphuis, Bob Kamphuis, Dan Kamphuis, Tom (Irene) Kamphuis; 31 grandchildren; 52 great grandchildren; his twin sister Hazel Blauwkamp; and 7 brothers-in-law and sisters in law. Henry owned several jewelry stores and was a longtime watch and clock maker.

Visitation will be at Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville, Tues, from 6-9 PM. Funeral services will be Wednesday, 11 AM, at Hope Protestant Reformed Church, 1580 Ferndale SW, Grandville with Prof. H. Hanko officiating. Internment will follow at Riverbend Cemetery.
