Hildrene “Drene” Suzanne Graveling (Schmidt), age 79 went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, May 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Johanna Schmidt (Pastoor); and sister Bonnie Schmidt.
She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 13 years, Fred Graveling; children Dennis (Wendy) Smith, Kenneth (Laurie) Smith, Douglas (Sally) Smith, Barbara (Kevin) Poortinga, Lori McLellan, Jim (Lori) Graveling, Dan (Kathy) Graveling, Jeff (Melissa) Graveling, 34 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings Ann (Vern) Laninga, John (Sharon) Schmidt, Dee (Marv) TeSlaa, Al Schmidt; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation with the family will be held 5-9PM Monday, May 8, 2017 at Cook Funeral Home - (West Building) 4235 Prairie Street SW, Grandville, MI 49418. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM, Tuesday, May 9, 2017 with visitation one hour prior at Dutton United Reformed Church - 6950 Hanna Lake Ave SE, Caledonia, MI 49316. Pastors Brian Najabfour and Larry Johnson will be officiating. Interment will be at Floral View Memorial Gardens.
