She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Gerald “Jerry” DeHaan; infant daughter; parents Lucas and Johanna Veddler; brother, Marv Veddler; and sister, Bertha Bouma.
She will be lovingly missed by her children Bonnie (Bob) Sietsema, Gloria (Jim) Scholten, and Linda (Gord) Pols; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Jeanette loved her Heavenly Father and her family. She was a quiet, gentle spirit. Jeanette will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation with relatives and friends will be held at 6-8PM on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418.
Funeral Services will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 with an hour of visitation prior to the service at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building). Rev. John Nauta will be officiating. Interment will be at Blendon Cemetery.
