Jennie Pleune

PLEUNE, LINDHOUT-Jennie Pleune, age 88, of Jenison, went to celebrate Easter with her risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 15, 2008. She was a loving and faithful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend with a kind and gentle spirit.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Phil and Nancy Pleune, John and Kathy Pleune, Diane and Jim Vander Giessen, Sharon Macaulay; 9 treasured grandchildren, 18 adored great-grandchildren and 3 precious great-great granddaughters. Jennie is also survived by her brother, Matthew and Phyllis Lindhout, sister-in-law Chris Lindhout and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services including committal will be held Wednesday, March 19 at 2:00 pm at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. SW east building with Pastor Harvey Heneveld officiating.

Family and friends may visit at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville west building, March 18th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and 1 hour prior to the funeral service on Wednesday.
