BOGEMA - Johan Bogema, age 84 of Jenison, went to be with his Lord Saturday, July 14, 2001. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Reina Medendorp; his children, John Jackie Bogema, Frederik Bogema, Ronald Jackie Bogema, Maureen Bogema, Dawn Bogema; grandchildren, Todd Tonja Bogema, Troy Bogema, Lauren Bogema, Marlee Bogema; great grandson Brenden Dean Bogema; sisters, Hendrika Baker and Jantien DeVries.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin, Jenison, with Pastor Howard Moths officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Jenison.
