Her husband Alfred preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, Bonnie Jim Betten, Dale Vonnie Vruggink, Ken Vruggink, Diane Dana Bassett; 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brother Henry Jackie Vander Molen of FL; sisters, Carol Zandstra, Harriet DeJong, and Maxine Bill Brinks.
Johanna was a founding member of Fair Haven Ministries Church.
At Johanna's request a private Memorial Service will be held.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Fair Haven Ministries Kitchen Committee.
