John Funk

He is survived by his son John Funk Jr. and close friend Sharon Satterfield; grandchildren, Amy Vaughn Frentz, Lisa Brian Giammalvia, Jeff Funk and special friend Carri Carroll; six great grandchildren; brother Edward Gail Funk; sister-in-law Theresa Junglas of Pontiac; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be said 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Visitation Catholic Church with Father Richard Altine celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Rosary 8:30 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St., Byron Center.
