Judy Kay Dekker

DEKKER - Judy Kay Dekker, age 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior, October 13, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Jay Dekker; and her parents, Edward and Ferne Tuinstra. She will be lovingly missed by her daughter; Sandi (Pat) Morrissey; grandchildren David (Ali) Buckley, Travis Buckley, Jessica Buckley and Jim Morrissey; great-granddaughter Kayla Buckley; her siblings, Carol Dohrn, Alan (Kathleen) Tuinstra, Susan (William) Vanscoy, Vicki Tuinstra and Lori (Jerry) Baker; her sister-in-laws, Shirley Dekker and Betsy (Nelson) Hansen; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation with the family will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Cook Funeral Home – (West building), 4235 Prairie, S.W., Grandville, MI 49418. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, October 19, 2017, with visitation one hour prior at First Reformed Church of Grandville, 3060 Wilson Ave. SW. Pastor Matt Cook will officiate. Interment will be at Forest Grove Cemetery.

In honor of Judy and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels or The Wounded Warrior Project.
