I have been blessed to know Kathy for the past 25 years. We worked together at Westat and enjoyed many times together over the years. Kathy was such a special person and someone I will truly miss. Her family meant so much to her, she was always talking about them. Jim you were the light of her life and she enjoyed all the special times you two shared together, especially your hiking trips. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Kathy was a sweet friend. I enjoyed spending time and dinners with her at MCBS and ECLS-K trainings. We shared many laughs and stories about our grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. She will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to all her family.

Kathy was a close colleague for 25 years, a dear, sweet person who always saw the positive in others. She embraced life, enjoyed life, and people just loved working with her. I have worked with Kathy for almost 15 years. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was always very kind and understanding, even when under pressure. She will be missed here at Westat. She was one of our family. My condolences to her husband and many family members. May your fond memories of her laughter, smile and goodness keep her in your mind and heart for many years to come.

"I had the pleasure of working with Kathy on the same project for 23 years, but knowing her as a good friend and Field Manager in a closer environment the past few years. She was truly a wonderful person, a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who adored her husband and family to the fullest. I feel so honored to have been part of her life and to have shared many special times with her. She will truly be missed and live in our hearts forever. Kathy and myself work on MCBS for 24 years and it was a pleasure every time I saw her at training. It was a pleasure working with Kathy for so many years and a good friend, she was so funny. She will ask me when is your next cruise, and I will tell her Kathy we need to go on a cruise. Many memories for me, we were both Field Manager and enjoy our work. My heart goes to you Jim, Kathy was a special lady. I really feel I lost a family memeber too. I am sure all of us who work with her will miss her. Love you Kathy....

Kathy was a joy to work with! She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to share. I will always remember her as someone dedicated to her job and her "work family". I will also cherish her sentiments in the email I received from her just recently "Let's not say goodbye but looking forward to our paths crossing soon." I am truly sorry for you loss.

I will always remember Kathy for her little giggle. She was a thoughtful, kind, and caring person. I remember when she grew her hair for locks of love. That left a lasting impression on me. We go back to 1991on the MCBS project. She was one of those "quiet angels" who could lift us to our feet when our wings had trouble remembering how to fly. Thank you God for the privilege of knowing Kathy Stoddard.

Like many others at Westat Kathy and I worked together with the MCBS "family"for 20 years. She was a joy to work with and always willing to help others. Kathy was a role model for the other employees and will be missed by all of us very much. My condolences to Jim and all members of the Stoddard family.

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy on MCBS. She welcomed me to the "FM group" and was always there if I needed anything. Always positive, polite, caring...a real angel here on earth. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I am so sorry for your loss - Kathy was so sweet and special - I remember when she had to do my observation interview -- she said, "Can I smoke in your car..?" - "Absolutely" I replied .. she rolled down the window and flicked her ashes out the window .. then - in a split second - no warning - she opened my "virgin" ashtray and snuffed out her smoke - followed by two more - that ashtray has been in continuous use ever since! Oh, how I remember! During the interview I said, "Kathy, turn around slowly..." she did only to find 3 deer (momma - papa and baby) standing at the sliding glass door! Kathy was tickled pink! The SP said he was running late with their feeding and stopped the interview to go out and feed them .. Kathy and I just laughed and she said, "You take me to the best places.. Lorraine!" Kathy, I miss you and one day will see you again ..
