Kathleen R. Herbst

HERBST Mrs. Kathleen "Kaya?? R. Herbst, age 82, of Byron Center, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012. Kay was born to Clarence and Catherine (Rio) Brown on March 31, 1930. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 1977.

Surviving are her children, Walter (Sherry) Herbst, and Jeanie (Scot) Roest; grandchildren, Candace, Matthew, Benjamin (Sara), Andrew (Jessica), Megan, Christopher; great grandchildren, Anastasia, Reagan, Noah, Brianna, and Eli.

Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, 10:30 AM, at St Sebastian Catholic Church, 9408 Wilson SW, Byron Center, with Msgr. William Duncan presiding. Relatives and friends may meet her family Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel, 2067 84th SW, Bryon Center.
