Kathryn Van Van Duine (DeWindt)

Kathryn Van Duine (DeWindt) from Jenison, age 90 went to be with her Lord, Friday, May 30, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband Cornelius Van Duine; parents Mary and Simon DeWindt; son-in-law Gene Geers.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children Barb (Jim) VanGeest, Marianne Geers, Sandi Van Duine, Larry (Nancy) Van Duine; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings Jerry DeWindt, Ella Jane Newenhouse, Mildred Schut; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held 2-4PM and 6-8PM Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Cook Funeral Home 1889 Baldwin, Jenison, MI. Funeral service will be held at 11AM, Monday, June 2, 2014 with visitation one hour prior at First Jenison Christian Reformed Church - 8360 Cottonwood Drive, Jenison, MI. Pastor Adam Barton will be officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery. In honor of Kathryn, contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Faith Hospice.
