Laurence "Larry" Gibson, age 86, of Hudsonville, Michigan, passed away November 8, 2023, in Grandville, MI. He was a heartfelt man who had a strong passion for his country, family, career, and hobbies. Laurence loved creating, making various wood carvings over the years, and crafting to his heart's content. He found a special community within Rosewood Church, where he was a dedicated and loving member. Laurence also formed deep connections within the deaf community at Rosewood; his impact and friendships will be remembered forever.
Laurence served in the Army, and his military associations were a significant part of his life. He proudly served his country, demonstrating dedication and loyalty throughout his service.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2023, with visitation one hour prior, at Rosewood Church, 2795 Rosewood St., Jenison, to honor Laurence Gibson.
