Linda.. Please know that we have and we will be praying for God's wonderful grace to sustain you and to carry you in these days. The most wonderful truth that we can carry in our hearts in times like these is that this life is not all there is. This life in fact is just a short journey as we make our way to a final destination. Lee has won his battle and has joined the ranks of those who now wait for and anticipate our joyful reunion shortly. It will not be long and we will see him again and then never will be ever to have to say goodbye again. If we can help in any way you have to let us know. The words of a song come to mind, "Over the sunset mountains someday I'll softly go. Into the arms of Jesus, He who has loved me so. Over the sunset mountains Heaven awaits for me. Over the sunset mountains Jesus my Savior I'll see."

Lee was my colleague at Belden. He was one of the first people I met when I joined the company. He welcomed me with open arms and was always there to lend a helping hand. He was a kind, caring, compassionate, hardworking man. Lee helped me to look at challenges differently. In hardship, Lee never complained. He inspired me to do better, to be better. I feel honored to have known him. I will miss working with him. Lee's work here mattered, he made a difference. We were blessed to have him as part of our company.

Dear Linda, since meeting you in a college class, then finding out our sons were in Kindergarten together, we became long-time friends. Having dinner, coffee, camping in Ohio...we've gotten to know each other pretty well. One thing I've learned (besides your organization...) is how strong you have always been. You've been thrown a lot of obstacles throughout the years, but never something like losing your husband after 28 years. You've always come out winning the battle & by God's grace & a lot of prayer, you're going to win this one too! I'm soooo sorry you have had to go through all of this the last 16 months. I'm sorry for your boys, who will miss Lee so much too. He was the greatest guy ever! When you wonder how you will cope, remember that you have a friend praying for you & your family. Dear Linda, David, Troy and Ross, So sorry to hear of your great loss. You had a wonderful Father and Husband. I know you will miss him dearly. I was always very appreciative and know Daniel really enjoyed having Lee chaperone Troy and Daniel's 8th gr. trip to Washington, DC. We always enjoyed visiting with Lee at the basketball and baseball games. Praying that God will be especially close to all of you during this difficult time. 1Thessalonians 4:13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. 14 For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.

I'm sad to hear of the news just recently from the associate in Belden,I've left Belden for almost 6 months. I know Lee while I was in Belden Singapore, he visited us during 2009 and I bought him out to some sightseeing.
