LeRoy A. Clark

LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents Walter Scott and Frances Esther Clark; siblings Rollie Clark, Tom Clark, Mary Urquhart and John Clark.

He will be lovingly missed by Mary, his wife of 66 years; son, David (Charlene) Clark; daughters Debra (Martin) Burg and Dawn (Bruce) Cluckie; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; brother, Paul (Marlene) Clark; sisters-in-law Emma Lee Clark, Helen Clark, Bonita Clark; and brother-in-law, Dick Urquhart.

LeRoy was a loving husband and caring father who always had a tremendous sense of humor. He faithfully served his Lord in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia, West Africa. He was Dean of Dayton Bible College and pastored several U.S. churches before retiring in 1996.

The family wishes to express special thanks to all the nurses and staff of Vista Springs Wyoming and Emmanuel Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, November 24, 2018 at First Evangelical Covenant Church, 1933 Tremont Blvd. NW, Grand Rapids, MI. Relatives and friends may meet LeRoy's family one hour prior to the service.
