
Mr. Hayes worked at General Motors for 34 years and was an avid hunter.
He was preceded in death by one son Kim Regan; one grandson Jason Hayes.
LeRoy is survived by his wife of 50 years Aileen; two sons, Roy Kenneth Bonnie Hayes of Wyoming, Kirk Randall Loretta Hayes of Byron Center; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Saturday 1 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center2067 84th St. SW with Pastor William Doubblestein of Byron Center United Methodist Church officiating.
Interment is in Winchester Cemetery.
The family will meet with relatives and friends Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
