DOUGHERTY -- Linda F. Dougherty, age 55, of Coopersville, formerly of Norfolk, VA, was unexpectedly reunited in Heaven with her husband Steve on Wednesday, October 1, 2003. She was also reunited with her mother, Velma Whitson.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Denise Jerry Szymanski and Dennis Nadine Fowler; grandchildren, Shelli Morton, Robyn Morton, Justin Szymanski, Rochelle Fowler and Taylor Fowler; great granddaughters, Kayliana Szymanski and Layla McCloud; father, Milton Whitson; brother, Milton Lee Brenda Whitson; sister, Betty Ketterman; two nephews; a niece; a cousin; an uncle; several special friends; and her beloved kitty Yum Yum.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday 11 a.m. at the St. Michael's Catholic Church 17150 88th Ave. Coopersville meet at church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
