She was preceded in death by her husband Chester.

She is survived by her children, Sharon Don Drake, Michael Penny Brown, Nancy Jack Austhof and Jack Charlene Brown; grandchildren, Dawn Drake, Dean Drake, Adam Beverly Brown, Cheyanne Brown, Bart Elizabeth Austhof, Bret Austhof, Nathan Austhof, Matt Amy Austhof, Rebecca Mike Colo’n, Abigail Rich Frank, Chet Sarah Brown; great grandchildren; Ethan, Bethany, Lauren Austhof, David, Isaiah Colo’n, Lillie, Rose, Grace Frank, and Reese Brown.

Madeline was a Charter member of Calvary Undenominational Church, and in recent years attended Grand Rapids First Assembly of God. She and her husband Chet owned and operated Chet Brown and Company TV in Wyoming for many years.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 10, from the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St. SW in Grandville.

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 5 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home west building in Grandville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the International Steward.
