Margie Ann Henry

Margie Henry, age 90, went to be with her Lord Thursday, April 14, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Henry; son, Brian Henry; grandson, Paul Henry; siblings Geraldine Kline, Bill Myers, and Ev Myers. She is survived by her children Bruce (Susan) Henry, Belinda Henry; daughter-in-law, Carol Henry; grandchildren Daniel, Mikalene, David, Becky, Sarah, DeAnna, Melanie; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Margie worked as an OB nurse for 30 years. She spent many happy summers between Pentwater and Ludington with family at her trailer. She also liked to travel. Margie was very dedicated to her family, making trips to visit siblings regularly, hosting family holidays, and making a habit of taking her grandchildren to movies and lunch. The family will fondly remember the many games of “Thirteen,” which she always seemed surprised to perpetually win.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 3655 Wilson Ave. SW, Grandville, MI 49418, with visitation from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to service. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcaresgrandville.com.
