Mona Hunter

She was preceded in death by her father Hallam Harper.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Thomas and Kelly Caryl and Beth and Dave Terborg; her mother Ermadean Harper Kimes; and many special friends and former students from Grand Rapids Baptist Schools and Chandler Woods Charter School.

Mona accepted Christ at the age of five, strived to live for God, and reared her family for Him.

A private funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center Chapel 2067 - 84th SW with Rev. Chad Vitarelli and Rev. Dave Miller Lamb officiating.

A public memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Highland Hills Baptist Church 1415 Northrup NW.

Interment will be at the Forest Grove Cemetery.

The family will meet with relatives and friends on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Byron Center.

Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or to Insight For Living P.O. Box 269000 - Plano, TX 75026-9000.
