She was preceded in death by her brother Carl Peterson.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years William; her daughter and son-in-law Christine and Tom Bigelow; her daughter Paula Neuman; her grandchildren, Julie Sherry and her son Daniel, Chadwick, Krista Van Tol and son Spencer, Eric Van Tol and Nicolette Neuman; her sisters, Barbara Squires of Washington, and MaryAnn Dr. Lloyd France of Indiana; and her brothers, David Betty Peterson of Florida, and Paul Rose Peterson of Oregon.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Rosedale Memorial Park Chapel 0-50 Lake Michigan Dr. with Rev. Dan Steen officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.
