Phyllis A. Corwin

CORWIN - Phyllis A. Corwin, age 47 of Grand Rapids, went into the waiting arms of Jesus. She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry D.C. and Nellie Mae Corwin. Phyllis is survived by her sister and six brothers, Rosalie and Andrew Herring, Clarence and Georgia, Charles and Judy, Thomas D. and Elsie, Perry and Susan, Phillip and Jackie, and Bill; special friends, Able, Carol Megenley, and Robert Hopkins. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Byron Center Chapel of Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St., with Pastor Charles Steensma officiating. Interment will follow at Kent Memorial Gardens. The family will meet relatives and friends on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
