Phyllis Ann Vitale

She is survived by her husband of 47 years Phillip; her children, Dawn Scott Young, Anthony Vitale,and Sally Vitale; grandchildren, Heather, Amber, and Holly Young, Jeremy and Shane Vitale, Joel Vitale and Abigail Galloway; brother Richard Alexander; sisters, Beverly Robert Stoneham, Joann Jerry Helmer, Barbara Doug Claflin, and Carole John Campbell; sisters-in-law, Rosemary Brocato and Josephine Dubart; and several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Mass will be said 11 a.m. Monday at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Fr. George Darling Presider.

The family will receive relatives and friends Saturday 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville 4235 Prairie St.,SW - west building.
