My dad, Henry Bizoedeceased May, 1986, was Rene's older cousin. I always knew Rene as a faithful, good-natured man with a great sense of humor who put his wife Mary and his family before all other considerations and took his Catholic faith very seriously. In my mind, he provided an example of what a good and just man should be. He ran the race and fought the good fight. May he be welcomed into the boundless joy of his Lord.

Knew Joe & Mary very well thru church, KofC and card party get togethers. Realy enjoyed Mary's organ and piano playing. Will miss them both. Appreciated knowing them!

Dear Jim and Judy, We want to offer our condolences upon the death of your father, and our special friend, Joe. We were pleased that we got to spend a little time visiting with him last month. He seemed to be the same great guy as we both remembered during our visit. As you know, we have both lost loved ones in recent years, and can share your sense of loss. We were out of town when the call came, and didn't get the news until Sunday afternoon, so we were unable to get to the funeral. Our prayers are with him, may he rest in eternal peace. Dear Judy & Jim, We send our sympathies in the loss of both of your parents! My parents, /Willis & Marjorie Bash were good friends of your parents. Unfortunately we lost track of your Dad & Mom when they moved from Heritage to be closer to you. My Dad was a resident there as well. He died Oct. 2006 at 92 yrs. from pneumonia. On behalf of the Tavernier Family we send our heart felt sympathy to the Belisle family. My parents, Leon and Florence, were active in many church function at St Cyrils with Rene. My sister Rose Marie used to sit for Rene and I remember him as a Holy Name Member and as an usher at the church. I have place Rene Belisle in the book, at my church, for a year long remeberance at a Mass each Tuesday morning. I added him next to my father's name so when each name is read aloud they will be called one after the other. I also attend these masses and will add Rene to my prayer list for every mass I attend.
