
He was preceded in death by his daughter Diane Sue Burhans.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years Eleanor; his children, Dave Ann Mills of Hastings, Carol Steve Nemeth of Wyoming; son-in-law Jerry Burhans of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Mindy Mills, Dan Gwilt, Alyssa Mills, Linae Nemeth, Amee Nemeth, Daniel Burhans, J. Nick Burhans; his sister Mary Kaiser; and many nieces and nephews.
Bob served our country during WWII as a member of the U.S. Navy Seabees. He was a private pilot and an aviation enthusiast.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2002 at 1 p.m. from the Cook Memorial Chapel east building 4235 Prairie St. SW in Grandville.
The family will meet with relatives and friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Cook Funeral Home west building.
Memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scouts of America or Special Olympics.
