If everyone walking the face of the earth was as thoughtful and friendly as Bob was what a wonderful world we would be living in. He taught me that family is the most treasured posession we have, by always coming to all the family functions that he could possible attend. He would always go out of his way to chat with us, even when he was winning at our favor place. To me even the People up NORTH knew him, like we did... he was a VIP Very Important Person in all of our Hearts. His kind words and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten, he will be dearly missed. I enjoyed being on the Holy Redeemer softball team with Bob years ago. He always had a laugh, played hard but did not take it too seriously. Last time I really talked to him was at last Notre Dame football game this season. Always enjoyed talking ND football with him. Notre Dame will miss his prescence too. With fond memories. stan roth

So sorry to hear of Bob's death. My prayers are for you Judy and all the family and friends that will miss him dearly. My family and I have so many wonderful memories of Bob and your family joining us on holidays especially Uncle Mert's. I can still hear Bob's voice and laugh expecially when Jim and Bob forgot to put the cork in the sail boat. We will miss him! God's blessings and love.

Mrs. Sibley, Pat & Bob My heart hurts for your family, I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. S. I am also sorry I could not be at the funeral home, I have been ill with the flu that is going around. Mr. Sibley was a fun loving, humorous man, I remember most when we would go to football games, college or Hudsonville and I could not find Pat, I would have him paged over the loud speaker for him to meet his sister at the gate. Your dad laughed everytime, and it never got old for him. I also remember only about ten years ago when we told him we used to skip religion class and how we would drop Lisa T. off and then walk around Meijers for an hour and pick her back up when class was done. He again laughed and laughed. Mrs. Sibley I cannot imagine loosing my best friend after 45 years. We do not understand Gods plan but I know he has one. Most of all I remember what a great couple you two were, always together and you Mrs. Sibley laughing and smiling at him even when you were annoyed. And most of all, I remember the support he gave me when he heard about my divorce and the encouragement he gave for being a single parent. I think when I brought my house plans for Will and I to church and he saw them, I think he was more exicited than I at the moment. Please know my heart and our prayers are with you, Pat and Bob in the weeks to come. Love always.......Pauline

Judy & Pat & family, What a loss of such man. To Caralee & I he was a fine person and will be greatly missed. He was and will be rembered as a good friend as was so very helpful to me I first started in my job at Harbor Ind. ,his knowledge got me through some times. Like so many others, I also have great memories of Bob. They go back to our college days when we were single, the activities we did, and places we went. He was always a friend and a joy to be around. When we were together, it seems that I could always count on Bob at some point turning the discussion to a very special young lady in his life. This lady went by the name of Judy. To be more exact, Judy Duff. In our discussions at some point in time I could also always count on him saying among other things, A�A�A� Man, I love herA�A�A?, or A�A�A�She is the one for meA�A�A?. He ended up marrying the love of his life and spending over forty years with her. How great is that! I have not seen Bob for many years but just as my memories of knowing him carried on, I am sure the huge treasure chest of special memories the two of you built over so many years will also be there for you to draw upon for many years to come. We will keep Bob, you and the family in our prayers.

 You have our deepest sympathy on your loss. We will miss seeing Bob's smiling face at the ND spring games. We still recall the year that Bob came to us after the team breakfast saying "We had Brady Quinn at our table this year" One of us said "yeah right" and Bob came back with "Oh, you saw our table huh" He was quite the joker. He was such an amazing person! I loved seeing him come to my basketball games and no matter how bad I played, he told me that I did good. Every time I've seen him, he always had a smile on his face. I just got the obit in snail mail from my sis. Bob surely will be missed at the '09 reunion. We went thru St. Joe's and Catholic Central together, and I have fond memories of his kindness. He is in my prayers as I cannot get to the funeral.
