Surviving are his wife Kathy; his sons, Eric, Ryan and Brett; his mother Jean Cullen; his sisters and brothers, Gail Langerhans, Ann Cullen, Joy and Jim Gerke, Mike and Kathy Cullen, Jeff Cullen and Jerry Cullen; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday at Resurrection Life Church with Pastor David Christian officiating. Interment Georgetown Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Tri-Unity Christian School Cullen Tuition Fund. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Cook Funeral Home west building, 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville.
