She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Pauline Dominiak; husbands William Blood and Daryl Lilly; daughters Laura Lynn and Cathy Blood-Rietsma; and sister, Nancy Falarski.
She will be lovingly missed by her children Steve (Joyce) Blood, and Shelly Andrade; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Kate Britton; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In her younger years, Sally was a dance instructor for Arthur Murray Dance Studio and occasionally modeled. She was small, sassy, patient, optimistic and full of class. Though she was a dedicated Nascar and Notre Dame fan, her greatest joy was her family.
A Celebration of Life for Sally will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Corinth Reformed Church, 129 100th St., S.E., Byron Center.
In honor of Sally and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.
