Wow... I can't believe it's already been almost 3 years... You are missed everyday by so many and I am so thankful to have known you! For over 16 years you treated me like your own daughter and I couldn't thank you enough! The memories I have with you and Ashleigh will never be forgotten! Miss you tons and keep watching over us! i still can't believe that you are gone, sandy. i am so sad, since finding out on valentine's day this year, that you passed away. you were such a good person. i owe you a lot and i don't think i ever thanked you - for encouraging me to go back to school, for one. you would be so proud if you knew that i graduated last year from wayne state. i am, also, back in school again. it's because of you. i have some regrets, mistakes that i made in our 5 yr relationship. but i can't change the past. just learn from it. i have many good memories of you and i: going to california/mexico, driving to the east coast with zach, swimming in lake superior on labor day weekend, traveling around seeing ash cheerleading and zach playing hockey, dream cruise, peabody's, the drive back and forth to grandville every other weekend, the visits to your mom's house, .. and all of the shopping we did at jcpenny's. i will treasure those memories and i will never forget you! love always, linda

Greg & Carla, Ashleigh, Zach & Ryleigh ~ I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your friend, mother and grandmother. I hope and pray that God comforts you and your family through this most difficult and sad time. I'm guessing it has been about 15 or 20 years since I last seen Sandy. What I do remember of her, though, is that she was always smiling and always laughing. Hold onto all those memories of her, and keep them close to your heart, and know that we will all be keeping you and your family close in our hearts and thoughts as you grieve such a great loss. To the dear family, As a co-worker and having a similar name, it was inevitable Sandy and I shared things at work. In the short amount of time I got to know Sandy, she was affable and caring. Sandy was a happy person and a joy to work with. She will be dearly missed by all of us, close and afar. The pain will always be there of her passing, but time does heal and replace it with memories of joyful thoughts and caring intimacies. We all lost a wonderful lady. I only hope this will help ease the pain of the family in some small way. Forever in my memory,

My sincerest sympathy for the family. Although I never met Sandy in person we talked many times about workmen's compensation issues. I will miss out side talks about her vacations and grand daugther.

I work in the garage at USF Holland. Sandies office was a short cut from the garage to the dispatch office,so.we got to know each other quit well because of my traveling back and forth. Sandy was a joy to see every day,because of her smile and her sincere attention to her job. She always treated everyone fairly and kindly,even if he did not deserve it. I will miss her and am very sorry to say I will not be able to meet you on Saturday.

When I think of Sandy, I think of her smile and her bubbly personality. we had so much fun back in the days of being young, single and crazy. Dear Ashleigh, Zachary, Greg and Karla, We were so sorry to hear about Sandy and planned to be at the funeral today. Unfortunately, I have not been feeling well since I caught a cold at my mom's funeral. So decided it best not to spread it around. We have good memories of Sandy, always smiling. Dear Asheigh and Zach, Ashleigh, you and my son Joey Deacon went to preschool and kindergarten together. You probably don't remember us but we would come over to your house after school and the 3 of you would play. Your Mom and I would always call You and Joey boyfriend and girlfriend. This was at least 18 yrs ago and I really enjoyed my friendship with your Mother. What a nice person with such a bubbly personality,and a beautiful smile. I will always hold dear these memories of many years ago,close to my heart, and wish You and Zach the very best. I am so sorry for your loss, and wish you all well.
