Susan Doornbos (Gohn)

Susan Doornbos (Gohn), age 67 went to be with her Lord, Monday, December 15, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents Geraldine and Robert Gohn; siblings Pat Parker Knowles; in-laws Vera and Bub Doornbos.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years, Monty Doornbos; daughter Monica (Travis) DeHoop; grandchildren Blake, Faith, Ethan; siblings Linda DeMull, Nancy (Dr. Wayne) Pierce, Sharon (Jim) Popma, Debbie (Ralph) Sabene, Tim (Tami) Gohn, Kathy (Jeff) Middleditch; in-laws Joanne (Larry) Heim, Craig (Nancy) Doornbos, Rennae (John) Jacobitz); many nieces, nephews and best buddy Lexy.

Memorial visitation with the family will be held 10-11AM Friday, December 19, 2014 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) - 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 11AM Friday, December 19, 2014 with Fr. Ron Hutchinson officiating. In honor of Susan, contributions may be made to Lacks Cancer Center.
