He is survived by his daughter Shelby Leigh Chamberlain; his parents John and Shirley Chamberlain; his brothers, Phillip Esther Chamberlain and Larry Carla Chamberlain; his sister Dr. Pamela Chamberlain; his 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
A Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wyoming Park Church of God, 1854 Porter, with Rev. Dale Cross officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shelby Leigh Chamberlain’s Educational Fund.
