He is survived by his wife Kim Samuels, his children Alecia, Daniel and Alexis Hill; his mother Dawn Hill; and father and mother-in-law Dan and Sheila Samuels.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie St. east building. The family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the service.
