OSBORNE - Mrs. Virginia E. Osborne, age 77 of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord Thursday, February 24, 2000.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jack Osborne; son Dan and Shirley Briggs and three grandchildren, Steven, Dennis and Cynthia. Memorial Service arrangements are pending.
