He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lena; two daughters, Angie Kenneth Ruks of Texas, Lorraine Boose of Oregon; and one son, William T. Boose of Oregon; one granddaughter, Whitney. Also surviving are four brothers, one sister and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 28 at 3:30 p.m. from the Cook Funeral Home, 1889 Baldwin St., Jenison, with Pastor Erwin Tuinstra officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
